Proof Of Current / Valid Car Insurance

Knowledge And Experience with Electronic Health Records

Experience With Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, Etc.

Valid DL With No More Than 3 Moving Violations

Credentials : Essential :

PTA - Physical Therapy Assistant

BLS - Basic Life Saving certification

Education :

Minimum required : Associates Degree
