EHM Senior Solutions is excited to welcome  Home Health Aides  to our Shared Care Services Division! We were recently awarded a Great Place to Work Certification.

NEW SIGN ON BONUS STRUCTURE  – Grow your own sign on bonus based on the hours you work! Target rate is  $1,500  for full-time hours over first year of employment. You have the power to determine your payout!

Shifts Currently Available

Washtenaw County (Ann Arbor, MI and Surrounding Areas)

  • Weekends : 8am-8pm, 8pm-8am, hours varies from 4-12 hours a shift
  • Every Saturday : 4pm-10pm

Saline, MI Area

  • Weekend Availability
  • 8pm-8am or 8a-8pm
  • Weekend Shift : 8am-8pm

    • Split Shift - Saline and Ann Arbor Areas

  • Daily : 8am-12pm, 6pm-10pm

    • Job duties are, but not limited to assisting each patient with activities of daily living to help them remain in their home.

    Qualifications

  • Must possess, a high school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Senior Care is helpful, but not required
  • Have a cheerful and positive attitude
  • A desire to work with Seniors in their home
  • Must possess a desire to learn new things
