About Us :

Dynasty Building Solutions is a licensed general and roofing contractor in the state of Florida (CBC / CCC), specializing in storm restoration and insurance-funded roof replacements. We are known for building more than just roofs - we build people into top performers.

Position Overview :

We're looking for coachable, high-energy individuals who want more than a paycheck - they want a path to personal and financial growth. This is a door-to-door sales role that offers unlimited commission potential , flexible hours, and full support from day one.

Whether you're looking for full-time hustle or part-time income, this role puts the control in your hands.

What You'll Do :

  • Door-to-door canvassing in storm-affected neighborhoods
  • Generate leads and set inspection appointments
  • Help homeowners navigate insurance claims for roof replacements
  • Work independently while enjoying support from our team and mentors
  • Track results in CRM (we'll train you!)
