We’re seeking a driven Civil Litigation Attorney with at least two years of experience to join our Boston-based practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation-minded attorney who wants meaningful responsibility, courtroom exposure, and the chance to grow alongside a dynamic legal team.

What You’ll Do :

Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials

Conduct legal research and develop case strategy

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Collaborate with colleagues while maintaining ownership of assigned matters

What We’re Looking For :

JD from an accredited law school

Active member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar

2+ years of civil litigation experience

Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

Confidence in managing cases and meeting deadlines

Professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail
