Federal Work Study

The Adult Education office assistant will primarily provide assistance in the intake office with incoming calls and face-to-face inquiries from students, faculty, staff and the public; file and maintain various records; provide clerical and other assistance to all program areas as needed.

Intake office coverage
Ensure quality task completion and customer service to students, staff, and community.
Maintain confidentiality regarding student information under FERPA regulations
