As a Preventative Maintenance Sales professional, you will play a crucial role in our company's success. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships in the HVAC, Plumbing, and Piping industry.
  • Utilizing your exceptional sales skills to drive territory development and achieve sales targets.
  • Demonstrating your expertise in product and technical knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Managing workflow and effectively prioritizing tasks to ensure excellent time management.
  • Support customers with designs and rebates using software and web commerce knowledge.

Essential Job Functions :

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional sales skills.
  • Utilize product and technical knowledge to assist customers in the HVAC, Plumbing, and Piping industry.
  • Effectively manage workflow and prioritize tasks for efficient time management.
  • Assisting customers with designs and rebates through your general understanding of software and web commerce.
  • Skills :

  • High School diploma or equivalent; postsecondary degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • 2+ years of college / technical school or 3-5 years field or office experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Piping.
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of successful territory development.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience is a plus.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • General knowledge of software and web commerce.
  • Excellent time management skills.
