Washington Labor Attorney

A company is looking for a Labor & Employment Attorney to join their team on a remote contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

Provide advice and counseling on labor and employment matters

Conduct research for client requests and prepare written responses

Draft and update employment agreements, handbooks, and policies

Required Qualifications

Licensed and located in Washington

7+ years of labor and employment experience

Strong advisory and counseling background

Experience drafting and updating L&E policies and agreements

Writing sample required (memo or similar showing legal analysis; no pleadings)
