We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Irvine, California. In this role, you will provide excellent support to customers through inbound call handling, addressing inquiries, and resolving warranty or dispute issues as needed. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering a great opportunity for detail oriented growth.
Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound calls with attention to detail and efficiency, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly.
• Provide assistance and solutions for warranty-related questions and disputes.
• Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining a courteous and helpful attitude.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions within the system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Utilize company-specific software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage tasks and communications.
• Learn and apply knowledge of furniture-related products to better assist customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Strong proficiency in handling inbound calls and resolving customer concerns.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn and adapt to company-specific software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work onsite in Irvine, California.
• Business casual attire required for the workplace.
