On site min days a week and they will need a working home computer and / or laptop.
Zoom interviews for the first round and likely the nd round.
The Order Services Specialist is responsible for promptly ordering, tracking, and confirming receipt of Title and Homeowner / Hazard Insurance documentation. This role supports the Loan Processor by ensuring all required third-party documents are requested, monitored, and properly documented in the system. Once documents are received, responsibility shifts to the Loan Processor for review and condition clearing. This position helps improve processing times, reduce delays, and maintain clear separation of duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Place Title and Homeowner’s Insurance orders when loans are ready for processing.
- Enter third-party vendor or agent contact details in the system.
- Initiate orders via approved channels (secure email, fax, vendor platforms).
- Request necessary documentation (Title Commitment, CPL, E&O, Proof of Good Standing, Wire Instructions, Insurance policies).
- Monitor outstanding orders and follow up directly with title companies and insurance agents.
- Escalate delayed or stalled orders as needed.
- Confirm receipt of documents and ensure they are uploaded and indexed correctly in the system.
- Keep accurate, auditable records and update order status in the system.
- Collaborate with Loan Processors and Mortgage Specialists for additional information or issue resolution.
- Document and escalate unresolved issues per procedures.
Required Qualifications
– years of loan processing, support, or mortgage origination experience.Excellent phone and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple orders.High attention to detail and accurate documentation.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in mortgage originations, operations, order services, or vendor management.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.Experience with complex loan transactions.Exposure to quality assurance, compliance, or regulatory processes.ET_PB
