Associate Media Buyer

Digital Remedy is looking for an Associate Media Buyer to join our team. The Associate Media Buyer will be responsible for executing media buys across various channels, ensuring campaign pacing and performance that supports client goals while driving Digital Remedy’s margin in a responsible manner. An individual in this position will utilize critical problem solving skills and their knowledge of programmatic to craft and implement strong optimization strategies to drive value for our clients. This person will also be able to effectively interpret data/reporting related to pacing, performance, cost, margin, and 3rd/1st party discrepancies, using this data to troubleshoot campaign issues throughout the entire campaign cycle. We are looking for a person with a passion for digital media, a desire to be at the leading edge of technological change in the digital media industry and the ability to learn and contribute quickly.

Requirements

• Execute digital ad campaigns across display, mobile, social, search, video, and emerging media from campaign launch to completion.
• Optimize campaigns to meet campaign goals.
• Analyze reporting of campaign performance.
• Test traffic sources and run wherever economically viable regardless of business unit.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our overall business and effectively balances performance and quality with profitability.
• Work with other team members to implement a cohesive and integrated strategy.
• Demonstrate excellent prioritization of their time, and the ability to autonomously commit their resources efficiently across all necessary tasks.

Our Ideal Candidate

• At least 2+ years of experience buying online media.
• Experience with pacing and optimizing digital ad campaigns.
• Programmatic media buying experience through DSPs such as Xandr Invest, TheTradeDesk, , Beeswax, Yahoo! DSP, etc.
• Ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively.
• Strong desire to help grow a company and help it dominate the market.
• Strong desire to take smart technical risks and produce outsized wins.

$40,000 - $50,000 a yearThe expected salary range for this position is $40,000 to $50,000. This position is full-time, includes benefits and is based in either New Orleans, LA or Denver, CO with work occurring during typical weekday business hours.
