Key Responsibilities

Offers crisis-counseling services via chat and text

Completes risk assessments, safety planning, and follow-up with Chat / Text visitors

Maintains accurate and detailed chat / text reports, completing documentation in real time

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be 18 years of age or older

Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet / confidential workspace

Flexibility to work within the program's operating hours, including weekends and holidays

Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including a background check and live scan fingerprinting
