The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include :

  • Processing monthly field invoices for assigned projects and / or divisions.
  • Assisting with weekly check run reviews to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

Required qualifications for the position include :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to follow instructions.

    • Required qualifications for the position include :

  • Accounts Payable (AP) experience.
  • Prior exposure to Oracle JDE or Concur.

    • Additional notes for the position : This is an entry-level role, and training will be provided.

    Pay Rate : $ 33.34 per hour.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
