Remote Intake-Mail Representative

A company is looking for an Intake-Mail Representative (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Sort and review incoming correspondence to determine next steps for resolution

Distribute customer requests to appropriate internal business units for handling

Process incoming and returned hard copy mail daily

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

One (1) to three (3) years' administrative experience in a professional environment, preferably in the financial services industry

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required

Knowledge of relevant industry-specific software packages preferred

Strong math skills for accuracy in balancing and checking results
