A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor to facilitate the processing of manufactured home loan applications.
Key Responsibilities
Review and verify borrower documents for accuracy and compliance
Communicate with borrowers to gather information and provide guidance on the loan application process
Collaborate with underwriters to resolve discrepancies and prepare loan files for review
Required Qualifications
2-3+ years of experience in consumer loan or mortgage processing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mortgage software tools
Familiarity with consumer loan industry regulations and compliance requirements
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Customer-oriented mindset focused on delivering exceptional service
