Shipping Data Entry Clerk

Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for Shipping Data Entry Clerk positions in Santa Ana, CA. This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as an office administrator while learning new ones to assist you in your career.   • Shift : M-F 8 : 30 a.m. -5 p.m. ONSITE - Santa Ana, CA
  • MUST be flexible to work Saturdays to meet business needs.

  • Pay : $18 / HR (41.83 / HR)

Responsibilities :

  • Reviewing mortgage loan files for completion and accuracy.
  • Updating loan files.
  • Data entry support for the loan servicing department.
  • Responding to requests and inquiry from client companies.
  • Auditing files for accuracy before shipping out to customers.
  • Serve as the liaison between the clients and other internal departments.

    • Requirements :

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred or HS Diploma with 2-4 years' relevant job experience working with mortgage loans in a document review, file clerk, auditor or working in a data entry capacity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications / Programs.
  • 45 WPM typing skill level - Passing Data Entry Skill Test Scores Required.
  • Strong attention to detail / Accuracy and Efficiency are of HIGH importance in this role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • MUST have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain professional demeanor with clients.

    Pay Details : $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
