Overview
One of our clients, a global leader in its industry, is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Tax Analyst to join their international tax team, specializing in Transfer Pricing. This role will focus on compliance, planning, and documentation for intercompany transactions across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, a solid understanding of international tax principles, and experience working in a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation in line with global standards and local regulations.
- Assist with Country-by-Country reporting and preparation of Master and Local files.
- Support planning initiatives, including value chain analysis and development of intercompany pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate implementation of transfer pricing policies.
- Provide support during audits and inquiries related to transfer pricing, working closely with external advisors as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage technology for greater efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, CVA, etc.) preferred.3–5+ years of experience in transfer pricing within a multinational corporation or Big Four environment.Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines, BEPS initiatives, and local TP regulations.Experience managing audits and resolving transfer pricing issues.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across global teams.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Why Join This Opportunity?
