City View Dental is a patient-centered dental office dedicated to providing exceptional care in a friendly, supportive, and professional environment. We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Dental Front Desk Assistant to join our growing team.

The Dental Front Desk Assistant will be the first point of contact for our patients. We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and preferably experienced in patient scheduling, insurance verification, and treatment planning. The ideal candidate is a team player who can multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out patients with a warm, professional demeanor
  
  
• Manage the appointment schedule and optimize daily patient flow
  
  
• Verify dental insurance benefits and obtain pre-authorizations when needed
  
  
• Present treatment plans and review financial options with patients
  
  
• Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and manage messages
  
  
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
  
  
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure smooth office operations
  
  
• Assist with other administrative duties as assigned
