What you will do
Perform a variety of specialized clerical duties to support the organization. Responsibilities may include but not limited to, systematic inventory tasks, creating / receiving POs, coordinating jurisdictional permits, research and facilitate the closing of installation projects, safety coordination, payroll entry, order office supplies, support inspection process and provide additional administration support, as assigned.

Data entry with a high level of efficiency and accuracy.
Exhibit the ability to follow direction and work independently.
Demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills allowing for effective and professional communication with both internal and external clients.
Prioritize work activities based upon immediate and long-term business goals of the organization.
Positively represent Johnson Controls while communicating with others at varying levels of responsibility.
What we look for
Two+ years administrative support experience.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required.
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
Ability to prioritize projects / strong problem solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Business Suite (Outlook and Excel required).
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience with Oracle.
Associate or Bachelor Degree
HIRING HOURLY RANGE : $25.38-$34.90 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
