Key Responsibilities

Answer a high volume of customer service calls and document pet medical information
Meet productivity and performance standards while providing exceptional service to pet families and veterinarians
Required Qualifications
Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
Wired Ethernet connection required; satellite internet and hotspots not supported
Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs
Previous work-from-home experience or minimal peer interaction
Must attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the start of employment
