Position Overview

As the Senior Graphic Designer at Ashley Global Retail, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across multiple platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create compelling, cohesive, and elevated visuals that inspire our customers and enhance their shopping experience. We look to you to bring fresh ideas to the table, as you balance your honed creative eye with a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Create sophisticated, on‑brand designs across digital and print platforms including in‑store collateral, web, email marketing, paid media, social media, and more
• Lead the look and feel of promotions, seasonal campaigns, and evergreen marketing
• Partner with copywriters and other team members to bring ideas to life
• Develop elevated templates for efficient design workflows
• Mentor other designers, providing feedback and leading the way to creative excellence
• Transform product and lifestyle photography into engaging visual narratives
• Design user‑centric digital experiences that drive engagement and conversion
• Confidently present concepts and articulate creative decisions to stakeholders
• Study and understand our key audience, ensuring designs speak to them
• Stay current with design trends in home furnishings and interior aesthetics

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional design experience, preferably in home furnishings, retail, luxury or lifestyle brands
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred
• Expert proficiency in Figma required
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
• Experience designing for both digital and print mediums, with a deep understanding of production processes for each
• An impeccable eye for photography and composition
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles for digital design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Genuine passion for home furnishings, interior design, and lifestyle content
• Motion graphics or video editing capabilities are a plus

Compensation

Salary Rate: $83,000.00 - $98,000.00. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job‑related factors.
