The QA Analyst will become a SME (Subject Matter Expert) on all Keycentrix software products.

Job Responsibilities : Participate in engineering team meetings to shape requirements and functional design Develop, execute, and document comprehensive test cases for new features and defect fixes Plan and perform regression testing to ensure product stability Analyze risk areas and proactively identify potential issues or oversights with functional or technical behavior Troubleshoot escalated production issues ensuring minimal disruption for users Record test case executions including recordings for automation purposes Participate in peer reviews of test cases and test case performance, both as a reviewer and a reviewee Contribute to team meetings, knowledge sharing sessions, and ongoing process improvements Maintain accurate time tracking and thorough documentation of testing outcomes and decisions Uphold HIPAA compliance and demonstrate ethical behavior, be respectful, prompt to work and meetings, and deliver tasks in a timely manner
