We’re seeking a full-time Support Specialist to join our founding team in Norwalk. This is not a passive role—it’s an immersive experience designed for someone who wants to learn, contribute, and eventually lead . What You'll Do
As a Support Specialist, you’ll serve as the operational linchpin of the dealership. You'll support all departments—Sales, Service, Finance, and Marketing—with frontline execution and behind-the-scenes precision.
Core Responsibilities :
Vehicle & Lot Operations
- Manage vehicle movement, delivery prep, showroom presentation, and lot staging
- Conduct final visual inspections before client handoff
- Coordinate off-site transport, vendor runs, and store-to-store logistics
