Senior Commercial Lender Job

Are you an experienced relationship builder with a strong background in commercial lending? We are seeking a strategic and motivated professional to join our team as a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager, where you’ll play a key role in supporting business clients, strengthening partnerships, and growing a robust loan portfolio.

This role will be responsible for

  • Managing a large and diverse C&I commercial loan portfolio with a focus on asset quality.
  • Marketing and originating loans, business deposit products, and treasury management services.
  • Administering and servicing loan accounts, including monitoring and collection activities.
  • Identifying opportunities to refer clients to additional financial services, including Wealth Management.
  • Serving as a trusted financial advisor and ambassador within the business community.

  • Negotiating and structuring complex commercial loans with minimal supervision.
  • Meeting business development and portfolio growth goals.

  • A qualified candidate will possess the following

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics.
  • 8+ years of commercial lending and relationship management experience.
  • Strong financial analysis, sales, and client relationship skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a commercial loan portfolio.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of commercial and personal deposit products, treasury management, SBA requirements, and lending practices.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation tools.
  • Compensation : Willing to compete
