About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain repair services clearly to customers.
• Schedule appointments and manage workflow to optimize service efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive technologies and repair processes.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Proficient in using service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
