Job Title: Employee Development Specialist
Location: Auburn, Washington (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in supporting new hire onboarding and foundational skills instruction. Our focus is on providing high-quality workforce training that equips the next generation of skilled workers and supports overall team development.

Responsibilities:

• Apply instructional skills, including preparation, delivery, engagement, and assessment of training programs for employees.
• Utilize various media to effectively communicate and ensure information is retained by trainees.
• Identify business-specific learning objectives and adapt curriculum and delivery methods accordingly.
• Analyze, validate, and coordinate training requests while supporting off-shift requirements as needed.

Experience/Minimum Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in Fabrication, Assembly, Composites, and/or Quality Systems.
• Strong background in training, adult learning, and instructional techniques.
• Completion of advanced education (such as a bachelor’s degree) plus relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
