Data Science Manager

A company is looking for a Data Science Manager III to lead their data science team in delivering analytics and machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers, focusing on technical guidance and performance management

Define and prioritize the data science roadmap, aligning projects with company goals

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and analytical solutions

Required Qualifications

8+ years in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics, with at least 3 years in a management role

Proven experience delivering business impact through data science in a tech environment

Hands-on expertise with GCP data and ML services, including BigQuery and Vertex AI

Strong proficiency in Python, Spark, SQL, and common data science libraries

Experience in agile environments with cross-functional collaboration
