Job Title: Oracle Fusion Reporting Specialist
Location: Hybrid - Durham, NC
Duration: 6 month Renewable

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Reporting Specialist to lead the design and development of over 400 reports within Oracle Fusion. This individual will play a critical role in supporting our client's migration to Oracle Fusion by ensuring seamless data integration, optimized system performance, and efficient report generation.
This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to a large-scale system migration, and work with modern reporting and analytics technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, actionable reports within Oracle Fusion to support data-driven decision-making.
Leverage deep expertise in Direct ERP reporting (BI Analytics and OTBI) to create and manage complex reports tailored to business requirements.
Support Oracle Fusion migration efforts by:
o Designing efficient reporting workflows
o Optimizing system functionality
o Validating reporting accuracy and performance post-migration
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot reporting challenges, and ensure outputs align with business objectives.
Utilize Power BI to enhance reporting insights through data visualization and analytics.
Provide training and technical support to end-users, enabling effective adoption of the new Oracle Fusion reporting environment.

Required Qualifications

Significant professional experience with Oracle Fusion, including strong functional knowledge of report creation and management.
Expertise in Direct ERP reporting (both BI Analytics and OTBI) is required.
Working knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and analytics.
Proven experience supporting or driving system migration initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
