Data Entry Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Assistant to support a local government IT Department. This role involves accurately inputting and managing data within various databases and ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient information flow. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent typing speed, and a solid understanding of office procedures to contribute to the smooth operation of our data management processes.

The details are as follows:

• Preparing, validating and organizing files for Laserfiche ingestion
• Reviewing and correcting metadata for migrated documents
• Processing large batches of digital records from OptiView
• Supporting system migration documentation and tracking
• Performing other clerical or data-focused duties as assigned
• Building permitting experience desired but not required

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours: 40 hours per week, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with a one-hour lunch break

Duration: 4 – 8 weeks

Job Types: Contract, Full-time, Temporary
