Role Mission : As a Data Engineer at Rhodes, you'll transform raw data into actionable intelligence, driving key business decisions that shape the company's strategic direction. Reporting to the Director of Data and IT, you'll develop advanced machine learning models and statistical analyses to uncover valuable insights from complex datasets. You'll automate data pipelines, translate business questions into data science solutions, and create sophisticated visualizations to communicate findings effectively. By collaborating across teams and staying current with cutting-edge techniques, you'll identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and predictive analytics. Your work will empower leaders to make faster, more informed decisions, propelling Rhodes towards innovation and market leadership in its data-driven transformation.
