WHAT YOU'LL DO :
As the Administrative Coordinator, your day will include :
Scheduling and coordinating appointments
Communicating with clients about their needs and follow-up items
Troubleshooting billing discrepancies and processing payments
Collecting, reviewing, and handling a variety of administrative documents
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :
2+ years of administrative or customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
