Experience in construction estimating required; Xactimate experience is a plus. Ability to effectively present and communicate information to clients, vendors, and employees. Proficient in reading construction drawings, scheduling, and comprehending specifications to prepare cost estimates. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Enthusiasm for challenge and new initiatives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational, time management and scheduling skills.

Quality Contracting, Inc. is a well-established company based in Auburn that performs both residential and commercial insurance restoration. We are looking for qualified individuals with residential construction background to perform estimating duties.
Responsibilities :
- Bring insurance restoration projects from lead generation to contract, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Estimate construction costs accurately using industry-standard software such as Xactimate.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Utilize Microsoft Office suite and other computer skills to generate reports, communicate project updates, and analyze data.
- Assist and support all co-workers and cross train when required.
