You will play a key role in leading the accounting department, overseeing cost accounting, and supporting company objectives that positively impact our local community. Position highlights include overseeing GL entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes, leading and mentoring multiple direct reports within the accounting team, driving cost accounting functions and providing actionable analysis, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, and collaborating cross-functionally to support strategic business decisions. Support ERP utilization and data-driven decision-making through SQL querying and advanced Excel analytics.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in utilizing Accounting Software Systems for financial management and reporting
• Expertise in managing all Accounting Functions including but not limited to ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparations
• Extensive knowledge in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and ensuring timely and accurate payments
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, cash receipting, and debt collection
• Solid experience in Auditing, with an ability to detect and address financial discrepancies
• Proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing Budget Processes to ensure financial efficiency and cost control
• Hands-on experience with the financial management software Navision, including its setup, operation, and troubleshooting
