Buscamos ayudantes de taller responsables y trabajadores. Este puesto requiere que los miembros del equipo operen y mantengan rectificadoras para dar forma, alisar y dar acabado a metales u otros materiales en un taller de fabricación. El objetivo principal de un ayudante de taller / técnico de desbarbado es producir productos terminados de alta calidad según las especificaciones, garantizando la seguridad y la precisión.

Responsabilidades :

  • Realizar operaciones de desbarbado y acabado en piezas mecanizadas utilizando diversas herramientas manuales y equipos.
  • Seguir instrucciones de trabajo detalladas y mantener la documentación precisa.
  • Inspeccionar y verificar la calidad de las piezas, cumpliendo con los estrictos estándares de la industria aeroespacial / petrolera y de gas.
  • Trabajar en equipo con mínima supervisión.
  • Mantener un espacio de trabajo limpio y seguro, siguiendo todos los procedimientos de seguridad.
  • Cargar y descargar las piezas de trabajo en la máquina de forma segura.
  • Inspeccionar las piezas de trabajo para identificar cualquier defecto, irregularidad o imperfección.

Requisitos :

  • Experiencia previa en desbarbado en un taller de fabricación o ensamblaje.
  • Capacidad para levantar más de 22 kg con regularidad.
  • Gran atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar con precisión.
  • Resistencia física y capacidad para levantar y mover piezas pesadas cuando sea necesario.
  • Debe tener conciencia de la seguridad y capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en equipo.
