[job_card.job_description]Assignment Type : Travel Nursing Contract\n Location : Fayetteville, AR 72704\n Start Date : January 12, 2026\n End Date : April 13, 2026\n Duration : 13 weeks\n Shift : 4x10 hour day shifts (Tuesday – Friday, 6 : 00am – 4 : 30pm)\n Hours per Week : 40\n On-Site Position \n Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Arkansas or compact state\n Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications\n Minimum 2 years of recent experience as an Operating Room RN, including Ortho, Plastics, and OB / GYN cases\n Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills\n Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care in the operating room\n Prepare for and respond to patient needs before, during, and after surgical procedures\n Ensure surgical supplies and equipment are available and ready for use\n Maintain clear communication with patients' families and the surgical team\n Update physician preference cards and assist with scrubbing and circulating duties as needed\n Supervise and support personnel providing clinical support in the OR\n Comply with State Nurse Practice Act, AORN, and hospital policies and procedures\n
