Indiana School Clinic is looking for a team member to work Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, with no weekends, nights, or holidays. The hospital is Ascension St. Vincent, located at Zionsville High School, IN. Responsibilities include performing basic patient care activities for students under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, performing basic monitoring of students including vital signs, weight, and height, conducting state mandated screenings such as vision and hearing, assisting with medication administration, documenting data for review by Registered Nurse, performing basic clerical functions, and supporting in maintaining a clean and orderly environment and ordering / stocking supplies.

Requirements include a high school diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience. Required professional licensure / certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
