Performs designated clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks essential to nursing care. Assists in unit operational support tasks or duties. The ideal candidate is someone who can set boundaries, handle confrontation constructively, and offer compassionate care while maintaining a safe environment for both patients and staff.
