Otolaryngology Physician

Opportunity Highlights

Schedule : Starting January 2026 - Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm in outpatient clinic

On-call : 8 weeknight ED call shifts / month (5 pm-7 am)

Job Setting : Outpatient clinic with hospital-based call

Types of Cases : ENT evaluations, outpatient clinic and inpatient consults

Credentialing : Emergency privileges available with clean file. Typically 90 days.

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

Board Certified / Board Eligible : BC / BE Acceptable - Otolaryngology

Certifications : BLS, ACLS; Illinois Controlled Substances license

Licensure : IL Medical License
