Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities & Growth Path : Lead by example in the field by directly acquiring new residential customers and setting the pace for sales production. Master AT&T’s wireless and fiber solutions, using that knowledge to close deals and demonstrate value-based selling to the team. Drive consistent revenue growth by hitting personal sales quotas and showing trainees how to overcome objections in the field. Conduct high-energy sales meetings and workshops that motivate the team and sharpen their negotiation skills. Mentor entry-level associates, providing real-time coaching and constructive feedback to help them reach their potential. Analyze performance metrics to identify territory trends and implement strategies that boost team efficiency.
