We are currently looking for a compassionate, organized, and team-oriented Home Health Speech Therapist (ST) to serve patients throughout San Francisco. In this essential role, you will collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team, including nurses, therapists, and administrative staff, to provide individualized care and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Provide speech therapy services within the scope of practice, following individualized plans of care

Deliver treatment, evaluate xqrzhdi patient response, and report changes to the Physician, Case Manager, and / or Director of Nursing

Maintain appropriate clinical records and submit documentation according to company policy

Follow all company policies and procedures

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Current California Speech Therapist (ST) License

Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred

Valid California Driver's License

Caring, compassionate personality with strong communication skills

Job Type : Full-Time / Per Diem

Pay : $125,000 - $156,000 / year DOE + $15K SIGN-ON BONUS

This is NOT a contract position
