Android Developer

794 Davis Street San Leandro California 94577 ( Hybrid 3 Days onsite in a week)

Face 2 Face Interview

$70-80 / Hr on W2

The first round is a Hacker rank test and then 1 onsite.

Indicate ranking [ 1-5 (5 best 1 worst) ] from your candidate pre-screening process in the following areas :

  • Hands on coding exercise -
  • Architecture -
  • Behavioral standard -
  • with Reactive Programming (RxJava), Dependency Injection (Dagger), Retrofit and Kotlin
  • native dev

Brief write up-(need how many apps they made , links)

Role :

  • 5-7 development experience
  • 2-3 Android development experience
  • Fin Tech / Banking experience (nice but not necessary)
  • Example apps in the stores
  • 5-7 years' experience on native dev
  • Experience with Reactive Programming (RxJava), Dependency Injection (Dagger), Retrofit and Kotlin
  • Technical degree or additional experience

    • The ideal candidate will have :

  • Proven Experience : Hands-on mobile development experience.
  • App Store Presence : Experience with publishing applications in mobile app stores.
  • Android Expertise : Android development within an enterprise environment.
  • Kotlin Mastery : Experience with Kotlin, Reactive Programming, Constructs, Coroutines, Dependency Injection (Dagger), Retrofit, and Jetpack Architecture components.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaboration : Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
