Key Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume email inbox to support the team and ensure timely task execution
Coordinate with internal teams to manage lease documents and compile additional documentation
Assist with vendor setup and ensure timely and accurate landlord payments
Required Qualifications
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
Familiarity with lease administration or commercial real estate is a plus
