Construction Estimator

A rapidly growing restoration services company serving the Greater Boston area, is seeking a Restoration Construction Estimator to join their team in Randolph, MA. This role combines relationship-driven sales with precise estimating skills, helping property owners recover from water, mold, or structural damage. It's a high-impact opportunity where you'll be rewarded for both your technical expertise and ability to close business.

What You'll Do as the Restoration Construction Estimator :

Respond quickly to new leads from homeowners, property managers, and insurance referrals

Inspect damaged properties to assess the scope of work and present service solutions

Create detailed, insurance-compliant estimates in Xactimate

Serve as the primary client contact until transitioning the project to production or reconstruction teams

Work closely with insurance adjusters, clients, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely approvals

Must-Haves as the Sales Estimator :

2+ years of experience creating restoration estimates in Xactimate

Proven success in sales, estimating, or insurance restoration work

Ability to navigate damaged properties including attics, crawlspaces, and basements

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Nice-to-Haves as the Estimator :

IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT)

Familiarity with insurance adjusters and third-party administrators (TPAs)

Our Client Offers :

Base salary of $70,000–$95,000 plus commissions with on-target earnings of $100,000–$130,000+
