*This is a 6:00 am - 4:30 pm (Monday - Thursday) and occasional Friday.

Job Summary

The Kit Associate is responsible for picking, assembling, and packing kits on the conveyor belt and bagging zones using an RF device.

This is what you will do:

• Scan locations and pick items with an RF unit.
• Verify items being called for in each kit.
• Pack items into a box.
• Inform lead when items are low.
• Stock shelves as needed.
• Pull replenishment for the kitting department as needed.
• Seal boxes and sort and stage accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and good working order of all assigned equipment.
• Comply with all safety and compliance standards set forth by Cohere.
• Communicate effectively with others.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This is what you will need:

• High School or equivalent.
• Basic Math: addition, subtraction, percentages, division, and multiplication.
• High attention to detail.
• High degree of accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and adjust the volume of work.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English competently.
• Ability to maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
• Operating CRT, bar coding scanners, and PC (preferred).
• Prior experience with RF unit (preferred).
