Operations Analyst I (Contingent)

The Operations Analyst I provides entry-level analytical support to Navy logistics, engineering, and sustainment operations under the contract.

This role involves collecting and analyzing operational data, supporting process improvement initiatives, and assisting in the coordination of logistics and technical support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data related to Navy systems and logistics.
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with logistics, engineering, and program management teams to support mission readiness.
• Maintain documentation and records in accordance with Navy standards.
• Use Navy systems and tools (e.g., ERP, R-Supply, or other logistics databases) to input and retrieve data.

Required Qualifications:

Citizenship Active Secret Clearance Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Research, Logistics, or a related field 3+ years experience in operations analysis or logistics support (internships may qualify) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Navy logistics Experience working in a DoD or government contracting environment Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies Compensation $58,240 - $83,200 per year Compensation for positions at Centurum varies depending on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, location, responsibilities, skill set, and level of experience.
