ABOUT OUR AGENCY :

Ive been a State Farm Agent since 1982 and remain proud to serve the Canton community where my roots run deep. Over the years, Ive had the privilege of giving back through service as a 20-year YMCA Board Member, Canton Area Chamber of Commerce participant, Canton Athletic Booster Club supporter, and as the 2004 Canton Citizen of the Year. A graduate of Eastern Illinois University, Ive built my agency on relationships, trust, and long-standing community ties.

ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chuck Taylor - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
