Payment Compliance Analyst

A company is looking for a Payment Compliance and Contract Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze contract reimbursement, identifying variances and trends to maximize reimbursement

Manage underpayment appeals and collaborate with payers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies

Compile and present data on payment trends, making recommendations for revenue cycle improvements

Required Qualifications

H.S. Diploma or GED required

Associate Degree or higher preferred

2-4 years of experience in revenue cycle management, contract compliance, or healthcare reimbursement analysis required

Strong understanding of managed care and government contracts

Knowledge of medical coding systems and reimbursement structures
