What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the automotive facility.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting staff and visitors as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual conditions.

Monitor entry and exit points, checking for proper access credentials in alignment with location-specific protocols.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address inquiries and provide assistance related to security-related matters.

Document and report incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and site requirements.

Assist with emergency response procedures as needed, including coordinating with local authorities and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements :

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

A Guard Card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
