Financial Assistance Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Financial Assistance & Self Pay Price Estimation.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities of the pre-arrival estimates team to ensure accurate and timely preparation of estimates

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and gather customer feedback to enhance processes

Develop process improvements, provide education to teammates, and collaborate with other departments for effective issue resolution

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma required

Typically requires 3 years of experience in facility registration and pre-service registration

Previous health care or pre-service experience preferred

Advanced computer skills and knowledge necessary
