Corporate cafes and caterer in Rutherford is searching for passionate, high-energy office help to join our team.

!!!! PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE FOOD SERVICE EXPERIENCE !!!!

  • Duties include but are not limited to;

    • Knowledge of Catering Sales,

    Good communication skills with clients and co workers

    Good A / P and A / R skills and knowledge of Quicbooks, Google drive.

    Create and Manage Email Marketing

    Create and maintain all daily printed menus,

    Knowledge Food cost

    Assisting our finance department with all invoices payable-receivable and questions related to orders.

    Creating P&L reports

    Must have a valid driver's license

    Office hours 8 : 30 am- 5 : 00 pm Monday-Friday
