Located in Central Texas, this 500 bed, non-profit hospital marries Hill Country Texas heritage with big-city comforts. Our therapy staff of 85 takes pride in doing life together outside of work, from walkable restaurants to weekend river trips. With young, innovative therapy leadership, experienced physical therapists will find opportunities to specialize while new graduates PTs will enjoy a dedicated onboarding program. Highlights:
Non-profit, outpatient orthopedics
1-on-1 treatment at 75% productivity
Salary + $14,000 RVUs
Dedicated mentoring with 6 month training program

Compensation:
$70,000 - $110,000 base salary
+ $10,000 RVU bonus
+ $40,000 Loan forgiveness
+ $5,000 Relocation assistance
+ 401k w/ match
+ Full benefits

Responsibilities:
10-12 patients per day
1-on-1 treatment with reasonable productivity
45 minute evals, 30 minute treatments
Adults with some teen ortho injuries
Total joint, knee, shoulder, ligament, post-op, pre-hab, pain

Shift:
Monday - Friday
Day shift
No weekends!
No holidays!

Location:
Lakes, rivers, and State Parks abound
Many outdoor activities like wake boarding, horse and bike trails
Warm summers, mild winters, 250 sunny days per year
Active arts scene, live music, local shops and restaurants

Requirements:
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist
Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred
New graduate Physical Therapists invited to apply
Great attitude with strong interest in working on a large team
A drive to grow into specialty work is a plus
